With a background in Industrial Design and Innovation Management and over six years scaling Lightyear — a Dutch high-tech company — as Head of People & Processes, I’ve seen how fast-growing, impact-driven organizations face ongoing internal chaos as a result of rapid change.
I’m driven to support impact makers — those committed to positive change but often challenged by too many ideas, too little time, and the energy it takes to bring structure to it.
